This month the E.A.R. presents a history of black culture.  Read about the appearance and rise of Black music, as well as the rise of Black Theater.  Also learn about literature written by African American authors, and about African religions that were lost, but are now on the rise.  Check out the E.A.R. and you won't regret it.

Jambo (Greetings, Swahili Language)

The Titan Times February Issue is all about Black History Month (obviously).  Our goal this month was to shed a little light on the educational trials experienced by African Americans.  As always, we hold our motto, "Your World, Our Future", up as our guide.  Through our pages, readers will learn a little about the steps taken by people to further the advancement of a race.  From segregation to Brown vs. the Board of Education and beyond, we sincerely hope our stories will help give you a little more insight into a people who refuse to be ignored so much so, that they demand an entire month to showcase their achievements.
